Relax Kids Mirfield

Hi, and welcome to my page for Relax Kids Mirfield.

If you are not familiar with it, Relax Kids is a seven step system which takes children from high energy through movement and games, down through stretches, peer/self massage, breathing exercises and positive affirmations to a relaxing mindful meditation at the end of the class.

Children learn how to recognise and regulate their emotions and how to relax, while taking part in a fun class or workshop they'll enjoy! Relax Kids is fully inclusive and suitable for all children of all ages, including those with additional needs.

Since I trained in April 2018, I have worked with hundreds of children in schools, community classes, workshops, one to one/family sessions and brownie/scouting groups. I absolutely love what I do! Please give me a call to see how I may be able to help your child.
