Counselling for Anxiety and Relationship Problems
If you find yourself constantly worrying, overthinking, feeling unsure of yourself, trying to please everyone else... If you have problems making and keeping friends, or difficulties in your home life or at work, like bullying for example...
I might be of service to you. I have years of experience as a counsellor in helping people like you overcome anxiety and relationship problems, and understand the links between the two.
Although anxiety can be a sign of preparation to fight or flee, if it becomes an everyday feeling, then the impact on your life is terrible. You cannot sleep, meet your friends, even have the confidence to express yourself properly - so you get relationship problems and can feel isolated.
If someone you love, is having problems but won't admit it because they are in denial, then that can be very hard on you. You might take the blame for stuff that isn't quite your fault, or it may result in you questioning yourself - and this will usually lead to anxiety if it's been going on for a long time.
How I can help
My aim is to listen intently to you and understand you at a very deep level - so you can understand your situation and make friends with yourself again. This takes some time, but people start to feel different even after just one or two sessions when counselling with me - I see the changes every time I meet someone.
I work on a spiritual level, following the teachings of Christ, but it doesn't matter if you are not a Christian, your healing is of utmost importance to me and that's all that matters.
Busy Life or Mobility Issues
If you are struggling to travel to meet me face-to-face, you can have therapy online. I am qualified and experienced in counselling by video, telephone, instant messaging and email. It's much more convenient at times, quite private if you are mindful of finding a quiet time and place, and saves time and money as you don't have to travel.
