Mindfulness is a well researched and empirically tested method of helping our brain to re-balance towards a healthier mindset. It is great for stress, anxiety, depression and also if you simply want to be happier and more content with life. Although it is often confused with meditation, mindfulness includes a whole variety of ways to build a muscle of resilience. I have a dedicated space on the farm where groups come to learn and practice together. One day a week I work with individuals to provide person training.
I am fully trained as a teacher with an MSc on Mindfulness Based Interventions and I'm currently studying for a PhD.
