This class is for everyone- beginners are welcome.The intentions of this class are to have a fun and gentle yoga class (although you can push it if you wish!). Improve your flexibility, strength, balance, and well-being.
You do not need to book a course – just come by!
What to bring: Yoga mats and blankets are provided, but you are also welcome to bring your own; a bottle of water.
I do need to know about any health concerns before youbegin- on your first visit you will be asked to complete a short health questionnaire.
