This is a ‘back to basics’ workshop so it is ideal for the total beginner to see how this exercise can improve your overall health and fitness. 5 Element Chi Kung uses the basic principles and concepts of Traditional Chinese Medicine to open up the body and relax the muscles through static and moving exercises to all greater movement of ‘Chi’ throughout the energy system.

The workshop will involve some floor exercises and it is also advisable to bring along a notepad to take notes.
