This course is aimed at the more ‘Senior’ among us or anyone looking to improve mobility and relieve aches and pains!!!
Over the four weeks we will be concentrating on improving body awareness, posture, breathing and relaxation.
Five Element Chi Kung works on the principles and concepts of Traditional Chinese Medicine using static and moving exercises to open the joints and relax the muscles to improve general health and fitness and allow greater energy flow through the body.
