This class is aimed at those wishing to look deeper at internal energy through Chi Kung practice and also with a view to beginning Tai Chi classes.
In these for weeks will will look initially at body awareness, posture, breathing and relaxation but also look at the principles and concepts of 5 Element Chi Kung which works on the theory of Traditional Chinese medicine using static and moving exercises to relax and open the body to allow greater energy flow.
