I have an old Barbara Currie's cassette tape, title YOGA - Form beginners to advanced and Perfect Weight Perfect Shape- I love the sequence in this tape and am trying to buy the same thing in CD format. 10min Miracle 30 Minute Re-Shape 35 min De-Stress and Relax This tape has the head stand and the plough, most of the moves which I love and are tried and tested. When I need to do yoga, and am very stressed, I forget and feel Ido not have the time. It is only when I see my health deteriorating that I start it again. I have started having lower back pain for the first time in my life so need to get on with it and iron out all the bones and etc...sos! help!
