Hello everyone . Hope someone can help point me in the right direction.
For possibly , the last 2 yrs ,I have had a fair degree of discomfort after eating !
I am male , 57 yrs old , slightly overweight , but active!
It always coms on after my breakfast to a degree (usually quite late morning - 10 -11) and is at its worst later on in the day.
It consists of a queasy type feeling across the front of my stomach and is made worse by physical exercise ,driving. sitting sedentary does make it feel better.
I recently had a belly button hernia op and that has helped to some degree as some bowel was getting squeezed unknown to me , and I had hoped the op 8 weeks ago would sort it!!
I felt quite bloated a lot of the time then and although I cant eat as much now (and don't try to) its a bit better than it was
The discomfort is on my left side |(appendix side) and there is quite a bit of gurgling there which had altered from before . It also feels like a stitch under my ribs on that side too which is opposite the stomach ??
I have had a couple of blood tests in the last 3 months and a scan too which was negative.
It never bothers me at night much and as I say seems ok ish in the morning

Today I have cut out any bread from my diet , and I also don't have much milk any more (being a Dairy farmer that's difficult)
Sorry if that's a bit of a mixed up explanation but you always hope it rings a bell with someone??
    Thanks:)
