I don;t know much about Polarity Therapy but it sounds like there are similarities to what we do in Kinesiology, working with the bodies polarity all the time. There is a particular problem/technique called Polarity Reversal where we test for which polarity is out of balance and what type of kinesiological technique, plus nutrition/herbs/essences, etc. will help to rectify such a problem.

Please keep us posted any new/other info. Thanks

I have a fascinating book - Esoteric Anatomy by Bruce Burger, which gives a great insight into Polarity Therapy. Very thought provoking in parts and well worth a look! I came across it whilst looking for a decent book on Kinesiology and agree that there are many similarities.

    Hi EFH,

I'm sorry I didn't see your post earlier!

Yes, there are similarites to kinesiology, although the method of treatment is different. Instead of "muscle testing" to find ways of balancing out the body and mind, Polarity Therapy works with the concept that by placing the hands on particular parts of the body, the energy can be brought back into balance and flow through it's pathway more easily. That's a bit of a simplistic explanation (a bit like using "muscle testing" to describe kinesiology!) and there's a lot more to it than that, but as with most forms of holistic therapy, there are similarities.
