I would love to go on a break / holiday in the UK and learn the basics of meditation, yoga, some self esteem work and also have some massage, reflexology etc. Something in beautiful peaceful surroundings.

Does such a thing exist? I don't want any religious focus or a spa weekend having my toenails painted, I just want a relaxing, healthy break where I could come away feeling soothed and calm and a hopefully a more confident person.

Have a look at what we do, I am sure we could put something together to suit your requirements. :)

We have a fair few places like this down in Brighton. Although many of them describe themselves as spiritual, they aren't really religiously focused.

Does being in altered reality count as being in the UK? :)

If you're in the UK, I would recommend looking up some countryside cottages in Bath, York etc. In my experience, most offer excellent yoga teachers and can provide a spiritual approach to your stay without any religious connotations. Very relaxing too, in a beautiful settings.

I most recently stayed at the Barrow Mead cottage here: http://www.manorcottages.co.uk/cottages/in/bath-and-nearby

    Can't recommend it highly enough!
