I'm exploring the idea that your inner state defines what you experience, or more precisely, to quote Dan Millman: "You always get what you want. Your subconscious rightfully determines what energies, experiences and people you attract, therefore only the foolproof way to know what you want is to see what you have." I have been thinking about this a lot as I'd like to find out how to change my life so that I am happier and more myself. There's a lot more but I don't know how to put it into words. What do people think about this? Do you think it is true? Have you had any experience of being able to change your inner state to be more positive, and how did you do it?
