Is there anyway to lose some weight, and tighten up some flabby body and heavy stomach for a somewhat lazy guy?. Quickly get tired and bored of all the hardwork usually needed, and get back to old ways, cos it's always too difficult to go to the gym everyday, or walk around the block when I have a hot ride. I need some advice guys.....any easy way that will be fun will be nice....Wii Sports? more like my thing but still get boring after a while. HELP!!!
