Antioxidants

    Whats the best antixodant one can buy, I know vitamin c and E are good, a cousin of mine has given up smoking and wants to go on these, perhaps a bit too late but wondering can they reverse free radical daamage already done

    Not too late, body is surprisingly clever. Its already busy repairing itself.
    There is (or about to) come a glut of blackberries, green tea, turmeric, most seeds and spices in curries(leave out chillies!), parseley, corriander on top of my head. I am sure our clever members willl add to it
    And above all feel good and have faith in body's abilities.

    I take cherryactive, it's a juice made from sour cherries and it's supposed to be very high in antioxidents. I dont know much about the effect on free radical damage but it does seem to help me recoiver quicker from heavy workouts and also I've found it has improved my sleep. Another good one I think is matcha green tea
