      Hi Tashanie, you may not remember me but you commented on a post I made a number of years ago. I just wanted to say thank you so much for your comment - it meant a lot to me and I have never forgotten your kind words. In the end I was addicted to Solpadeine for 12 years, but I have now been clean for the last 9 months and going strong. Thank you again so much for being there for me when I needed it most x

      How did you use Facebook to find volunteers for your Hypnotherapy? I have tried it but obviously none of my friends are interested. Is there a way you know of targeting anybody not on one's friend list? Who did you do your Hypnotherapy studies with? I am thinking of doing a course but there is so much out there it is rather confusing. Look forward to hearing from you. Regards Walter
