      Hi,

Just wanted to let you know that my daughter has been identified as having a dust mite allergy . We have been giving her a homeopathic histamine remedy daily. its called Histamine , dosage is 30c and I buy it in a 7g bottle. It acts the same as a anti histamine but with no side effects, She took one tablet every day for 2 weeks and then I put 2 in a drinks bottle with water ( you have to give it a really good shake , its called plussing) and then you can sip it throughout the day. Once your done just refil the bottle with water. Also, I bought Dust Mite 30c , 7g and you take 1 a day for 5 days and then 2 per week until you are no longer allergic to the mites. If you go to Ainsworths you can buy the remedies and if you ring them they can also give you advice on how to cure the allergy - they do this for free over the phone,Hope this helps.xx
