Just a couple of questions - and I promise I won't impose any further!
What is the best way to return from journeying? I retraced my 'steps' so to speak but felt a bit spacey for a while, I'm wondering if there is a better way to come back.
Should you be careful at the beginning not to journey too often? My gut feeling is just ....when it feels like the time to do it, that's when!

The feeling of calm and coming home is beyond words really.
