Allow your body to flow with your breath as you move rhythmically from one posture to the next. This is my most popular and well attended class style in studios. Vinyasa yoga improves flexibility, tones, improves strength and breathing. Be prepared to sweat (release toxins) and re-energise, re-connect and re-align the body. This workshop is a blend of dynamic vinyasa. A relaxing yoga nidra will end the practice.
